We ship worldwide.

Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks to Europe and UK; 2-3 weeks to Australia, USA, and other countries. Express delivery is available upon request.

Orders are processed during our working hours (I-V 10:00-16:00 (EET)), and shipped within 1-3 business days. Dispatch time may vary due to Holidays, unexpected delays in postal services and other circumstances, about which we will notify you immediately.

After your order is shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.

No printed packing slips or invoices will be included in your order to prevent paper waste.

Once shipments have left our facility, we cannot control or influence shipping carrier performance. If your delivery is delayed, the most expedient way to resolve the problem is to contact your local Post Office or other shipper (UPS, Fedex, etc), to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package.
